Airline Confirmation Number OCRQRY Husband and I flew via United on March 6 to Cabo Mexico and had a lovely experience. We were scheduled to fly home on Saturday the 13th of March but our flight was cancelled with no options to change to a different flight to get home, until Tuesday the 16th. Both of us have jobs, a dog sitter and a car parked our airport and cant afford the expense of a 3 day delay in departure date. We were forced to buy tickets from Delta Airlines and fly home on the 13th. Those tickets cost us $659.30. I am requesting a full reimbursement for that expense. Since we will not be using United Airlines again, a travel voucher will not be acceptable. We request a full refund via check or cash for our additional expense.
