I was mailed the wrong size of a pair of shoes and returned them several weeks ago. Their shoe sizes do not equate to standard US sizes. Also, there's only one phone number on their website for returns/exchanges, and it's in China and that number is no longer in service. Awaiting a refund to my charge card. Buyer Beware. User's recommendation: Beware of sizes, great variation with USA standard sizes.
