Original review updated by user Jun 02, 2021 This concert was to be held in 2020 in Calgary,Alberta. Due to pandemic I would like a complete refund. We are now in 2021 and no communication from your company as to where this stands. I also reached out in March 2020 Immediately after the tickets were purchased. I paid for the front row seats and when seat selection confirmation was sent, the seats were off to the side of the stage. A complete scam! I sent an email wanting the correct seats or my money refunded....no response. I tried calling and calling only to keep getting the same messages. Press 1 or press 2....a merry go round. I have more details that I can provide but it wont let me copy and paste into this message. Someone please respond
