To sell our California vehicle in MA we paid the remaining balance we owed to the bank. The bank released the title and the DMV was suppose to send the title to us, the owners. We waited 2 months and never received the title. We then submitted the Duplicate Title Document with a check for the fee and waited 6 weeks for the title. Yesterday we received the Duplicate Registration Card as well as a notice of unprocessed payment that states payment not needed at this time for transaction and returned the check.
