Request for Open Ticket Booking Ref. No. 725548****

Dear Customer Service, Be advice that due to the restriction advisory at the destination, confirmed ticket will not be utilize until the destination restricted advisory will be lifted with no specfic date and time. In this case, I would like to request an open ticket until the rerstriction is lifted. I called Emirates Airlines under ticket number K4GEZS, they advice me not to re-book the ticket but instead need to initiate for open ticket until the destination country travel advisory will be open. Kindly initiate and proceed processing the ticket immediately to avoid any unnecessary charges and to keep the ticket valid. Advice also your poor customer service, needs to enhance as the provided number in the website is non-reacheable at least provide a number that can access for everyone. Your customers is the worst ever experience in my entire life dealing with the online ticket. If i ever know that this customer you have, i should cancel and not to purchase any ticket in your app/online and besides i already log a compliant to Emirates Airlines about your company. I need your immediate response on the above request or otherwise just cancel the ticket and return the ticket cost in full amount. Regards, Larry
