On 5/23, I went to your Katy location with 2 friends for Dinner. I bragged about your customer service/establishment to them. One was here from Cleveland, Ohio and the other from Houston. We came through the rainy weather. The waiter Joyman took our order. We ordered prime steak plates. The food was cold and returned to kitchen. From there, our food was brought out piece by piece. I was so embarrass. I spoke to the manager Kevin Land and told him that . I will not go back to that location. This was a nightmare!!!.
