Georgia Pacific parks their trains for up to two hours a day in Trinity, Tx. This blocks traffic flow and is in the middle of the town. When local police make contact with the railroad workers, they are told they can continue to do this as long as they leave a crossing...which is all the way out of the city limits. Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you SHOULD. All they have to do is move the train a little farther outside of the city limits. Even emergency vehicles cannot pass!
