We ordered 5 office chairs from www.thehumansolution.com over 6 months and when our chairs arrived two of them were broken. We contacted The Human Solution support service and they said they'll send us a replacement. We were in contact with them for a long time and they gave us nothing but empty promises. We even paid for the return shipping, because The Human Solution asked us to return the broken chairs. Every time we contacted them we heard nothing but fake excuses. They claimed that we have nothing to worry about and that we'll get our chairs soon, but time passed and replacement did not show up. Then they simply stopped replying. Do not order from this website, they are the worst ever!
