Sent the original paperwork to the social security office over 3 months ago they sent the original paperwork back without a new card? I have called several times to speak with someone they hang up or disconnect after so many minutes being on hold. Finally talked to someone they said the card would come in 6 weeks it's been over 3 months it's time to open the office since people are working from home and can not provide customer service needed. User's recommendation: Get a name of the person you talk to especially ROME GA Branch.
