They have a continuing policy of never having what is in the adds in the stores. I also have problems with EVERY on line order, not available when it is supposed to be, wrong product, out of stock when the web site says it in stock. I also have a hard getting refunds. There is NO such thing as customer service at this company, in any store. User's recommendation: Stay away. They told me to never come back. I am to stupid to be one of their customers! Seriously.
