Csi rentals was supposed to make repairs to the rented unit since last year september2011, a repair man came and paited one side of twall then left saying he would come back but he never did. I raised this isse last year but no one from csi rentals (nicolene & angeline) responded. I am still trying to find a solution to all this. Icolene now tells me we have to pay for the repairs as repairs were done according to their knowledge. I dont understand how customers could be treated as such, is it to squeeze more money out of them I am not sure but I just need to have this sorted out.
