I bought a 2021 home and moved in Feb. 2021. This complaint is because the entire park lost power the other night. When it came on I have two electrical outlets not working. I opened a repair ticket and they automatically closed it as I am a homeowner. Seriously, my outlets were working before the park lost power and now you won't help me. The reason is because I chose to pay cash for my house and now you don't want any part of me. That's not nice customer service.
