I have called four days and Sears is telling me that they are having technical issues. They cant get me a appointment for repair and my air conditioner isnt working .we have the Master protection plan on every appliance in our home.the house is at 95 degrees. Unbelievable they are reeling me to call back tomorrow. User's recommendation: Beware Sears isn’t very helpful.
