Me and my family applied end of May and was told everything looked fine on our applications and we would be approved without any issues... Called in to he k on the status and the rental manager had the driest personality just to perk up when we received a denial letter that was vague and did not have the correct information in our Applications which further let's me know we were sabotaged. I am disabled and have a hold with special needs, ADA goes out the window once you pay for a application.
