Renna data mistake

I took a net package of 1.25GB on 01 march 2020 at 9:17 AM back to back I got a congratulation sms of getting 500MB free... after 9 days I got message that I consumed 404.543B out of 500 MB purchased.. Initially I thouhgt some error message as I purchase 1.25GB.. then after 1 day it said all MB consumed and data is locked... Please solve this ticket Today without fail.
