I've had this subscription for many years. I called to renew a 2-year subscription for $15 and the representative told me I had an outstanding balance of $10. I never had a bill or was informed I had this outstanding balance. Though I renewed my two years for $15 ... I will now go and see if I can find a receipt which is BS on my past subscription because the representative said she's going to cancel my birds extra.
