Removal of some scan processing settings

The latest update to AVG virus scan took away our ability to pause a scan. Now we can only terminate it and then have to start all over if we want to continue, which makes no sense! The same update also took away our ability to set the CPU processing priority, which is STUPID! What is gained by making such changes? Will it be used to somehow to make more money for the company? Or is it just to mess with us? While I'm commenting here: You know what else is stupid? Requiring a minimum of 100 words in order to post comments to this forum. How does that make sense, pissedcomsumer.com? You'd think it would be more effective to push people to be concise.
