Dont even know where to start. Paid off my note 10/26/20 and Loancare has still not released the lien. I have probably called several versions (over 20 times) of their customer service number with the automated system unable to go beyond the recorded 1098 message and no option provided to speak to someone. When I have reached someone either on the phone or email they either dont follow through with the request or dont respond to the emails. Guess the BBB or legal action are my next steps. Extremely frustrating.
