Hello my name is Brian Sanders, I work for Dollar Tree Inc. and was injured at work in July of 2019 and as a result of that injury was on Workers Comp for approximately 6-8 weeks. The Physician treating me for my injuries released me back to work with no restrictions in August of 2019. My problem is that Dollar Tree Inc. Still has me listed as being on Comp. I have been told that they have not received the correct notification/ documentation from Sedgwick that states I no longer have an open Workmans Comp Claim.
