Rejected return despite serious quality issue

They produced a garment in a wrong size - 29 instead of 30. I have to say: 2 previous deliveries were precisely 30 and fitted fine. They were not accepting to have done a mistake and came up with absurd stories about how to measure a garment..Eventually they did not refund or even just re-did the garment. I do have a damage of 200 USD now. User's recommendation: Stay away - these guys are criminal.
