Reimbursement of tow
Was on hold for a bit and then a very nice representative answered the phone. My only question was whether my reimbursement had been submitted and expected processing time. She was very helpful. During our call we got disconnected and she called back immediately. One of the most pleasant customer service representatives that I've had the pleasure to speak with and who answered my question right away. Thank you Elizabeth Paule
