Rehire

I was injured the very 2nd shift that I worked. I have Dr.s notes and since I wasn't able to get trained in a timely manner the manager had to terminate me, however I do have Drs notes that excused me.I would be more than willing to do what is needed in order to be rehired. What is the policy and do I have options.
