I placed an order 3 months ago via Alan's Factory Direct. Big mistake. No communication about delivery yet at all. I have a signed contract with a fixed price for a barn, but with recent metal price jumps, I'm worried this company will never show up to build my barn, and I'll be out a significant deposit. Besides a class action lawsuit, the state attorney general needs involved. User's recommendation: Stay far far away from this company, and Alan's outlet.
