Purchased a battery operated blower at Ace hardware in Ellington, FL. Attempted to register at the store, system said it was down, talked with a staff member he/she indicated it should operating in the next couple days. I was given an 800 number. I tried to communicate with the person on the other end. He told me I had to register at the store, he finally registered, I asked for a conformation of registration, I was told to go back to the store. Find a store which communicates with the manufacture. User's recommendation: Shop with your eyes open.
