Hi, I have purchase shoes from hush Puppies showroom in area Mall sohna road, badshahpur my shoes has been damage after 6 month only, and due to lockdown I was unable to generate complain in showroom after lockdown I complained in showroom and gave my shoes for repair on dated 28 June but after 8 days my problem not resolved, I want to know how much time required for resolving my issue, as per discussion with hush puppies sales man in Area Mall he told me still your shoes is in showroom and not dispatch for repair.
