Refusing the refund

I have ordered the products on the 14 of December 2021and I was text and emailed that my products will be delivered on the 21st of December,I waited for the delivery it ddnt come.I contacted the Take a lot and they told me the study desk I ordered is not available yet and on the 30th they delivered other products except the study desk.i have tried numerous time to explain to them telephonically and emailed that I have not received my study desk its been a month now and they are refusing to refund me my money because I have already paid for the product.Pleasw help
