I purchased a refrigerator in 2010 and complained about a bottom freezer defect .Company said there was no defect. A class action suit just decided that there was a defect on refrigerators from 2009 to the present. The whirlpool corporation refused my request. I have been scraping ice of the bottom of my freezer for the past 8 years and my model number is on the list of defective refrigerators.
