Refused to pay portion of claim that was due me

This company is terrible when it comes to paying claims. I had a tree limb fall on my house and damage my front porch roof, windows and doors. They refused to pay for the door and windows stating the house had "settled" which was not the case. Don't use them... User's recommendation: Stay clear of them at all costs.
