I have purchased long distance dial around service. They changed their system and now my account doesn't work as it should. They refused to help restore the service and refused to even respond to the Better Business Bureau when they tried to assist. I would NEVER deal with these folks again. Customer service is very much NOT a service. User's recommendation: I will NEVER deal with this company again, nor should you.
