Received an Arctic Cat ATV Winch for gift from someone not realizing my ATV already had a winch. Arcticcatparts.ca refuses to accept return although winch never removed from original box and notification was within return period. They blame Arctic Cat U.S. for this policy but nothing on U.S. website mentions this policy nor am I aware of any other dealers with this policy. User's recommendation: Never purchase anything from Arcticcatparts.ca.
