Refuse refund
*SOLVED

we had avg for few years, they called my husband saying it was past due. My husband called back left detailed message we are NO longer interested DO NOT renew. The company went and renewed and Now they will NOT give us refund. They said it was 30 days after posted on my credit card, I had thought my husband purchased something for computer (that was the description of charge, computer/software) come to find out it was a charge the company went ahead AFTER we left detail message saying NO WE DO NOT NEED SERVICE!! they will not refund.....horrible customer relations User's recommendation: stay clear.
