Refusal to Refund Travel Insurance Premium Payment – Coronovirus Cancellation

I had to cancel my trip scheduled for May 2020 due to the Coronovirus Pandemic. I have Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia and have a compromised immune system. The owner of the condominium gave me a full refund. CSA gave me a refund on my Damage Protection Policy - 79 Dollars. When I also asked them for a refund on my Travel Protection Policy - 203 Dollars - they refused stating that the Policy did not cover a Pandemic. They instead want to issue me a voucher for another vacation. Does not make sense why did they refund one and not the other. Never will deal with them again. Who know when and if I can travel again. User's recommendation: Do not deal with this company. I wish that I would have read all their negative reviews before I bought this policy.
