Quitting Lingo Communications since they wanted $8/month for a paper invoice. PROBLEM: Refusal of lingo Communications to change name of phone port from business to residual (but will from residual to business). GIVEN: New landline carrier was refused 'porting over' by Lingo. I contacted lingo refused to change the name of phone port from business to residual stopped the new carrier from being able to transfer the phone service. User's recommendation: Stay away from Lingo.
