Purchased tickets to a Maroon 5 concert. The concert was rescheduled, due to Covid, and I got new tickets for the rescheduled date. Eventually the concert was cancelled. According to Box Office Ticket Sales policy, if a concert is cancelled, you get a full refund..............but NO!!! They offered us a voucher instead. I want my money back!!! I bought these tickets in good faith. User's recommendation: Don't ever purchase anything from Box Office Ticket Sales. They do not honor their refund policy.
