Update by user Sep 27, 2019 Paid for the carpet cleaning services, 1 year in advance. Parents in and out of the hospitals and rehab over 7 times in a year before their death. They were extremely sick they were bedridden. Original review posted by user Sep 27, 2019 My parents have been customers since 2004. They recently died. I requested a refund and they want to issue a gift card. The house is being sold. I will be moving to an apartment. I do not need a gift card. I was told by Jesse that a gift card will be sent. I was told by corporate that a check would be sent! I thought that customer service was to serve the customer!
