Called to inquire about refund. I have been issued a new credit card, due to fraudulent use. The question is how will the refund be returned to my credit card? Called and was on hold almost 2 hours, they never answered the phone. Just gave up will try later or tomorrow. User's recommendation: Don't expect help from customer service, they never answer the phone. Was on hold for almost 2 hours, never answered, gave up.
