Ordered an Artic King 5.0 cu ft. chest freezer on Oct.18th, 2020. When the Item didn't arrive on estimated date, I waited a couple of weeks in case of delays. The shipment still did not arrive. Made 2 phone calls to the shipping company with no luck. Contacted Walmart Twice. First time, I thought it would be resolved. NOT...Second time, I got further along and it is now December 2020. I sent the fax which was mailed to me and still nothing. We are now into May 2020 and still nothing. I was away working and had no access to contact any one after February 2021. I am now home and thought this would have be resolved. NOT. I did not receive the item and I want my money refunded ASAP. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time with no Issues. This is not how you should deal with your customers. The Order number is 856201****975...$175.00 plus tax equals $201.25 charged to my Walmart Master Card Number 5434 40** **18 0859... I would like this to be resolved asap. Thank You User's recommendation: Please consider not ordering online from this Company!!!
