Sir/Maam, I am booked on a flight with you from Faro to Manchester on 21st Sep. Due to not being able to have the vaccine for medical reasons I sadly cannot travel. The rest of the booking still wish to travel. Please could you see whether I could receive a refund for my part of the booking?
