Original review updated by user Aug 06, 2021 I received a $1500+ "promo credit" on tickets due to COVID-19 cancellation. I tried to use the promo code and it only allowed me to use it ONCE while purchasing 2 tickets under $300. To fix it they setup another promo code but still cannot use to purchase multiple tickets - which is HOW their flawed system is designed!! You cannot add multiple ticket purchases to your cart. Once the promo code is used, it is no longer valid - they keep the rest of your money. User's recommendation: Never use Seatgeek.
