Got scammed and bought 4 gift cards totally $2000.00 and needed to cancel them. The cancellation was no problem, but the replacement cards never arrived. We waited since December and now is July!! I called up some consumer advocates and lawyers. They advised me to contact the company who runs it. And it is a company called InComm which runs it. Called the numbers and only to find out it is the same customer care no. I had been calling the past 6 months. But this time was a little different!! When I told them about InComm the operator changed the tone. He actually filed a refund for us instead of replacement cards. He said it should arrive in 7 days. We will see if it is true. It was a nightmare dealing with this gift card company. Try to avoid buying them! called Incomm which runs User's recommendation: Dont buy this gift card!!
