I was recently informed that it now takes at least 30 days to issue refunds. This company has the ability to issue within 3 business days. As soon as my transaction is completed I'm out. Bad customer service. This company puts its self out as caring for government servant but in reality they prey on the weak and vulnerable to their own specific needs. Terrible business acumen. User's recommendation: Avoid.........not impressed with none of it.
