Refund please!!!

I placed an order for a personalized wall clock and paid the same and was advised later on Netflorist cannot assist with this anymore. The order was cancelled. I have been following up on this refund and have not received any feedback since. The order was placed 19 April, delivery was supposed to be 26 April. Can I please have some feedback on when I will get my money back???? The total amount was R389.90 order number [protected]
