I have been trying air arabia since march as my flight got canceld there were no response from their own side No emails nothing such a pathetic customer service it is, no one picks up the call even if we directly visit the sales office there is no proper guidance given by them they.jist say come after two days system is down, i would like to file a complaint for air arabia refund ny money back Or give me a 1 year credit note i can travel at any time in one year from august 2021 til 2022 august i need this response as sooon as possible i am attaching my air ticket its got canceld thers no refund yet or credit note given to me
