Refund on deposit

Had given deposit. Could not be serviced, cancel order after finding out that Bell couldn't provide their services and wouldn't install a second line. Called Rogers, no problems! Spoke with a bell rep, following the instructions given. Told me that there wouldn't be any problems getting deposit returned. Had to fill forms at bank, only to be told a 10 business day wait on refund. No refund today! Pissed! On the phone all morning, sent an email to Bell with attachment of my bank statement verifying deposit withdrawal of$200
