Refund on cancelled flights due to covid

Well using a number I found on your website I contacted their call center ( which is not in Australia) and *** me they were very cooperative and understanding. Eventually they processed my refund which is supposed to arrive in 15 working days. So pissed consumer chapeau to you and thanks. Will let you know if refund arrives
