Refund on a defective dehumidifier

My dehumidifier quit on me after purchase. They had me send in 6 inches of the cord and wanted the receipt.. This was in 2018. I keep calling and emailing them and get the run around. They give you emails and phone numbers that are fake. Cindy tells me they approved the refund but its up to another company (Chigo) to pay it. That is an easy way to pass the buck. I don't recommend buying any of their products products. User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from this company.
