Dear Sir/Madam, I am Emrulla Xhilaga, a customer with booking number CF3146AE. With the following, I am writing to you to claim the amount of £ 101.40 for the booking that I made on the 3-rd of June for a car rental at Seville airport. According to the agreement, on the 29-th of July, I had to find the car at the airport of Seville which resulted in a failed tentative. I did not find the car and I was obliged to pay for another car since I had to find another immediate solution due to my little kids. Consequently, since I did not get the service for which I paid, I am kindly asking for the refund of the sum. In attached, find please the document proving the payment.
