Sir, Today on 7 October 2019, at 10:26 am I Dr Kriti Bhatnagar, tried to Purchase Malpractice Insurance of Gynecology and Obstetrics from your company i.e. Takaful Alrahji . Due to system error, an ammount of 2290 Riyal was debited from my Debit Card but policy was not generated.Transaction Number is 6e307be1aa83dc20. Kindly refund my money please. My Email is: drkriti.[protected]@gmail.com : dramit.[protected]@rediffmail.com My number: [protected] and [protected] I am attaching the Card Reciet also.
