Refund of merchandise/ dress

The stores closed before my actual pick up alteration date, I had to buy an emergency dress because of that. Ive been trying to contact Davids Bridal since they closed &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; have yet to get my issue resolved. I obviously no longer need the dress or veil which was 1,500 & does not include the $424 I paid for alterations. I am currently awaiting for the store manager to return my call so I can advise her what the corporate office emailed me, hopefully then I will get a refund & get my issue finally resolved. The dress & veil remains at their store. The customer service & getting someone to actually talk to is horrible! Ive sent numerous text messages, made numerous calls to the corporate number & made numerous emails as well. User's recommendation: Keep paper trail because they will try to act like you haven’t been contacting them...
