On March of 2014, My wife and I went to see a property at 8100 Pleasant Pine Circle Enclave at Aloma. A deposit of $1,500.00 was asked from the sale respsentative. Our bank did not came through with the base purchase price of the house. At that time we were first time buyer. We requested our deposit and to our amazement, she reply that it was not refundable. No other explaintion was given. Can somone please help in this matter
